The Athletic Office will be holding their Annual
Physical Night on Wednesday, April 25th.  Boys
physicals will be conducted from 6:30 - 7:45 p.m.
with girls from 7:45 - 9:00 p.m.  Cost is $15.

Reminder: All athletes must have a physical on file 
to participate in tryouts, camps or practice after
the official season start dates. Physicals must
be performed after April 15, 2011 for the 2011-12
school year.

Athlete Physicals

All athletes that participate on any one of the high school sport teams

MUST have a current physical on file in the Athletic Office.

These physicals must have been performed after April 15, 2011

for the 2011-12 school year.
