the way we honor our All State athletes at Lakewood.
If you were an All State athlete for Lakewood during your

Senior Headshot that you would be willing to
let us use.  We will be collecting information until
the end of March.

Athlete Physicals

All athletes that participate on any one of the high school sport teams

MUST have a current physical on file in the Athletic Office.

These physicals must have been performed after April 15, 2009

for the current school year.
