Community Involvement

There are many ways the members of our community can help. We need the support of volunteers in our community for our activities and events. We also have ongoing fund-raising activities that all members of our community can help us with, often just by saving items you might otherwise throw out.

Ongoing Fund-Raisers

We participate with Meijer Community Rewards, Great Lakes Scrip Program, Box Tops for Education, Campbell's Labels for Education, and FundingFactory.

  • Scrip Program: This program works by families purchasing scrip for a particular retailer through the PTO. The scrip acts much like a gift certificate for that retailer. Scrips are available for a number of retail stores, restaurants, gas stations, etc. For a list of vendors, please visit www.glscrip.com.
    Download Scrip Order Form here.
  • Meijer Community Rewards: Sign up for a Meijer Guest Card using our organization's code and earn cash for our school.  Have the card scanned at the register every time you shop at Meijer.  We will earn rewards for qualified purchases.  Visit www.meijer.com/rewards for details or to sign up.
  • Box Tops for Education: Simply clip the Box Tops for Education coupons from participating products to help earn cash for our school.  The coupons may be turned in at the school office or in the Box Tops for Education box located at the Clarksville Library.  This program also allows us to earn cash for our school by shopping at many popular online stores.  Start your online shopping at the Box Tops for Education Marketplace and link from there to your online store.  Go to www.boxtops4education.com.
  • Campbells Labels for Education: Save your labels from Campbells products and turn them in at the school office.  This program allows our school to earn educational merchandise/ equipment in exchange for labels from various products.  Visit www.labelsforeducation.com for a list of eligible products.
  • FundingFactory: This program not only raises money for our organization but also helps the environment by recycling used cell phones and printer cartridges.  Simply donate your empty printer cartridges and used cell phones to us by bringing them to the school office and we will recycle them through FundingFactory to earn money for our school.  (Visit www.FundingFactory.com for specific information.)
