Promote positive school/community relationships that enhance the students’ educational environment through fund raising and family activities.
MEMBERSHIP
The Woodland PTO will not discriminate in membership or treatment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, age, or disability. Membership is open, at no charge, to anyone interested in the students of the School. Membership in the PTO automatically includes any parent or legal guardian of students currently enrolled at the School, and all School administrators, teachers, and support staff.
MEETINGS
Meetings shall be held throughout the school year at times designated by the board of directors. All meetings will be held at the School and open to any parent or guardian of a student at the School, as well as any teacher, administrator, or support staff of the School.
A simple majority vote of the members present at any meeting shall decide any issues other than amendments to the Bylaws. Amendments to the Bylaws can only be made with at least three members present. Any decision that needs to be made between meetings dates may be by phone/e-mail vote to the members on the board.
The Woodland PTO meets the first Monday of the month in the school Media Center. More information can be obtained by calling the school at 269-367-4935.
