Lakewood Athletic Department

  • The HS Athlete Registration fee for the school year will be $160. High school athlete reduced lunch recipients pay $70.00 and free lunch recipients pay $25.00, with a family cap of $300. 

    PASS PRICES
    Family Pass —$175.00 
    Couple Pass —$100.00
    Single Adult Pass —$75.00
    Student Pass —$30.00

    Passes are good for all home Lakewood events.  You may work 6 events and earn a free pass, or $75 credit towards a Family Pass.  If you do not work
    your 6 events you will be invoiced for your pass(es).

    WE NEED VOLUNTEER SUPPORT!
    The Athletic Office is looking for volunteers to work at Athletic Events for the school year. If you are available, please contact Amanda Evans  for further information. You can work 6 events to earn a free pass or credit towards a Family Pass.

  • We are very excited to announce that Lakewood High School Athletic Department has partnered with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service. FinalForms allows you to complete and sign athletic participation forms for your student online.  The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data from season to season and year to year. Meaning, that you will never need to enter the same information twice! You will reveiw your information once per school year to verify the information is current and to sign the forms.

    All Lakewood Viking student-athletes are required to be registered on our online athletic registration program.
