Please note that you do not have have to be there for the entire time; feel free to drop in anytime between 12:00-3:00 or 4:00-7:00.

Good Afternoon,

Our Registration Day is just around the corner, taking place August 18th from 12:00-3:00 or 4:00-7:00. We are excited to see all of our students there.

PowerSchool access has been sent out to all parents, this will allow you to access your student's schedule, grades, attendance, etc.(we have switched from Skyward managment system to Power School) However we are working hard to finalize all schedules, so please note that your child may see a change on their schedule when they come to Registration Day on August 18th.

We are also excited to announce that breakfast and lunch will be free for all students again this school year, however we still be collecting our food service forms which helps us to keep our breakfast/lunch free. This can be completed online or at our Registration Day. Only one per family will need to be completed!

We are excited to kick off another great year of Lakewood Middle School Athletics!

Please see the important start dates below.

🏈 Football (7th & 8th Grade)

Start Date: Monday, August 17
Program: Lakewood Youth Football

🏐 7th Grade Volleyball Tryouts

Dates: August 27 & 28
Time: 3:30–5:00 PM
Location: Lakewood Middle School

🏐 8th Grade Volleyball Tryouts

Dates: August 27 & 28
Time: 2:30–4:00 PM
Location: Lakewood High School
Coach: Mrs. Spitzley

🏃 Cross Country (6th, 7th & 8th Grade)

First Practice: August 27
Time: 3:45–5:15 PM
Coach: To Be Determined

📋 Athletic Physicals Required

All athletes must have a current physical on file before participating in practices or tryouts. All Physicals must be dated on 4/15/26 or later. Physicals may be turned in to your coach or Mrs. Guiles.
