All Students in 6th, 7th, and 8th grades will be required to register for sports through Final Forms. This is a new process thats LPS has adopted to manage and house student athletes data. Please reference the documents under the Final Forms Tab on the Middle School Athletics page in order to register your student athlete. Once you have created an account, you can add information quickly and easily.
Athletic fees are as follows:
$105.00 Standard fee
$70.00 Reduced lunch
$25.00 Free lunch
**There is a $300.00 household cap for multiple student athletes.
